ARE THE PRODUCTS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
All recipes use natural ingredients, cosmetic safe fragrance oils and water soluble dyes.
There are no parabens, sulphates or preservatives in our products.
All recipes comply to the UK legal requirements ensuring that products are manufactured to safe standards for use by children and adults.
Some fragrances do contain allergens - these can be seen in the ingredients listed for each product. If in doubt though, send us a message and guidance can be offered on which products are more suitable for your skin type.
ARE THE PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR INFANTS?
Whilst all products only contain natural core ingredients, due to the sensitivity of children's skin, it is advised that all products are
only used on children 3 years and older. It is at parental discretion if you choose to use them on a younger child.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
All orders are processed Monday to Fridays between 10am and 5pm.
All orders are made fresh so please allow 2 - 4 business days for your order to be made plus time for delivery.
Urgent orders my be processed quicker but please contact us first to discuss this to ensure that we can do so.
Large orders - for party favours or party bag fillers - will need at least 5 working days to process. Please contact us to order these where a delivery time will be confirmed.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Local delivery, in and around Tadley - Hampshire, is available for no extra charge. Collection is welcome too.
Postage is available via Evri with delivery taking 2 - 3 days. It is charged at a flat rate of £4.50. This is charged at check out.

Refunds are only valid on products that are returned unused and in the original packaging.
