Service as It Should Be

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. How We Do It

Orders requiring postage will be sent via Evri with delivery taking 2 - 3 days from the day of sending. Postage is charged at a flat rate of £4.50.

Tracking information will be sent to the customer. All parcels are insured and sent door to door.

Orders are available for Free Delivery/Collection within the Tadley/Baughurst and immediate surrounding areas.

This will be arranged and confirmed once the order is ready. If you are unsure if your postcode qualifies for

this option, please get in touch to confirm.


How It Works

Whilst every care is taken in the manufacturing of products, it is understood that you may change your mind or decide you don't like a product. Items may be returned for a full refund if they are still in the original packaging and unused. Any products that have been used, are not suitable for returning and will not be refunded.  


The Information You Need to Know

All products and orders are made fresh as this ensures that you receive the best quality. Our products are free of the 'nasties' - chemicals, additives and the ingredients that simply just don't belong in products you use on your skin.

This does mean that the shelf life is shorter. Our products are best enjoyed soon after you receive them or they need to be stored in a dry space. No preservatives are used in our products, other than natural ones so we offer a shelf life of 6 months for most products once opened. You may find that bath bombs will become discoloured after a few weeks, this will be due to exposure to the damp air in UK houses. They are still suitable for use in your bath.

Privacy and secure storing of information is so important. This is why, the only information that we hold for you is the absolute essentials required for producing your order and required by Wix, the host of our website.

Payments are processed using third-party banking to verify payments so no banking information is stored.
